What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to South Africa. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated costs via mail).

What are your shipping costs?

We offer a flat shipping fee to anywhere in South Africa. Our shipping costs are displayed at check out.
Shipping fees on international orders are calculated upon request.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping applies to orders over R1,500.00, for South Africa only.

Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, we offer in-store or curbside collection. Select 'In-Store Collection' at checkout and add special requests in the order notes.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, any item in our store can be exchanged for any other item. Price differences must be paid, or store credit will be applied.
All items that are for exchange must follow our returns policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For incorrect or damaged items, we will have the parcel collected at our cost. For exchanges, we cover outbound shipping; customer covers return shipping to us.

Absolutely! Visit our showroom to test rods, reels, lines and any other gear.

Do you service or repair tackle?

Yes, we service rods, reels and other fly fishing equipment. And if we cannot assist, we will advise on who can assist.

Do you offer fly tying lessons or consultations?

Although we do not offer fly tying lessons, we can advise on many local tiers who we can recommend for lessons. We will also consult on any specific fly tying needs.

Can you help me choose the right tackle?

Absolutely! With over 120 years combined experience, we'll help choose perfect gear.

No appointment needed. Visit during shop hours with expert staff always available.

Is parking available at your shop?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at all times. We are in the Coachman's Crossing Centre.

Can you help plan fishing trips?

Yes, we offer scheduled trips and custom planning for individuals/groups locally and internationally.
