Shipping Types

We offer the following options for shipping.

  • Instore Collection or Curb Side Pick-Up
  • Door to Door Shipping

Instore Collection or Curb Side Pick-Up

All orders marked for instore collection will be ready for collection within 24 hours of placing your order. If you require an earlier collection, please contact us by completing the contact form on our Contact Us page, or via telephone, email, or WhatsApp, as per the contact details at the bottom of this page.

You will need your order number and order receipt when collecting your order.

Your order number can be found on your confirmation emails, which is also your order receipt.

Your instore collection can be completed via a Curb Side Pick-Up. Please contact us to arrange a time for your pick-up.

Door to Door Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We charge a flat shipping fee for all order shipped to our customers in South Africa. The current rate is R150, as displayed on our checkout page.

All our shipments are sent on a Door-To-Door service. Please use a physical address, as our courier does not deliver to a PO Box Adress. If you enter a PO Box address on your checkout, we will contact you for a physical address.

Our shipments travel on an Over-Night or 48 Hour Service. Even large shipments will be delivered with-in 72 hours. Shipments to remote or outlying areas are service twice a week, thus your delivery will still be completed within 7 days of your order being received.

Although we currently only offer a direct shipping service for our local clients, we can offer international shipments for special orders. For any international shipments, please contact us via our Contact Us page, or via telephone, email, or WhatsApp, as per the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will get quotes from our international shipping providers.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and SMS from our courier service, with your tracking details, including a confirmation PIN number that needs to give to the delivery driver for security reasons.

You will also receive an email from our system confirming that your order has been completed and is in our shipper’s system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Frontier Fly Fishing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Frontier Fly Fishing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we will assist with any claim and have a very good working relationship with our shipping provider. Our preferred carrier has been chosen for the excellent service they provide.
